We have made every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, because we use natural wood, actual colors and grain patterns will vary. Measurements are approximate and may have slight standard deviations. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We use secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not capture or store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
Limitation of Liability
Darsh Furniture and Timber Mart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or from any natural wear and tear of the wood over time.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
