Processing & Dispatch

• Standard furniture and timber orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders or bulk timber requests may take 10–15 business days to process. You will be notified of the estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

• Deliveries within Maharashtra take approximately 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
• National deliveries across India take 5–10 business days depending on the pin code and accessibility for heavy cargo transport.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery nationwide on all orders above ₹20,000. For orders below this amount, a standard heavy-goods shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Receiving Goods

As we ship heavy furniture and timber, please ensure an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. Our delivery personnel deliver to the ground floor/building gate; internal lifting/hoisting is the customer's responsibility unless explicitly arranged beforehand.
