Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
At Darsh Furniture and Timber Mart, every piece of furniture and batch of timber is carefully prepped and often custom-finished for your order. Therefore, we operate on a strict No-Cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns & Refunds
We maintain a strict No-Refund policy for all products, with exceptions made ONLY for items that are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exceptions for Defective/Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged or is materially defective, we will happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- Reporting Time: You must notify our support team at info@darshmart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Resolution: Upon verification, DarshMart reserves the right to attempt a repair or provide a replacement first. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color are characteristics of genuine timber and do not qualify as defects.
